This is St. Petersburgundy from OPI’s Fall 2007 Russia Collection. It’s a deep blood red creme and the consistency is quite nice. I have 3 coats on for these pics, but 2 covers just fine. This is also a great color to transition from fall to winter, as it’s not a bright holiday red, but a more warm shade. Unfortunately, OPI has not made this polish part of their permanent collection. I’ve been told they will occasionally re-release some of their previous limited edition colors, but I’ve never seen that happen. I would love to get my hands on some varnishes from the Fall/Winter 2003 British collection!
